The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

Our newest location, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It’s an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience. 

ABOUT THE ROLE – BE PART OF A TEAM THAT CARES

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to be a key partner to our General Manager. You'll ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly while collaborating with senior management to drive improvements across the board. Your passion for fostering a people-first culture and delivering best-in-class service will be instrumental in helping us grow and evolve.

IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A leader with empathy, whose primary role is to take care of the people on your team.
  • A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers.
  • Someone with positive leadership qualities who can inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards.
  • Passion for service, people, and hospitality.
  • All-day dining experience is a plus.
