Our newest location, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. In the coming weeks, we’ll be opening our new 18-cover subterranean private dining room- an intimate space designed for cozy gatherings, private events, and special celebrations. Kricket Shoreditch is an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day Kafé and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE – BE PART OF A TEAM THAT CARES
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Reception Manager to oversee and elevate the guest experience at Kricket Shoreditch. This role combines hosting, managing guest journey and experience, with additional responsibilities including private dining room management and assisting in the execution of private events. You will ensure a seamless journey for every guest, from initial reservation to dining, private events, and post-visit engagement. This role is firmly rooted in the restaurant, reporting to the General Manager, with additional support and training provided by the group’s Head of Reservations.
This role is ideal for someone with a can-do, get stuck in attitude, a flair for hospitality, and the interpersonal and organisational skills to manage our private dining events and concierge relationships.
