We have and exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing team. As the Employee Relations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the Employee Relations Dept. by ensuring employee relations issues and related written record processes are handled and completed in a timely and accurate manner for assigned area(s). The duties include, conducting full investigations, making sound advice to employees and management, maintaining human resource related records, ensuring Company policies and regulations are administered, and administration/coordination of human resources-related programs. Utilizes favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
This role is a hybrid role. The selected candidate must be able to come to the office in Irvine, CA on in office days and as needed to carry out necessary functions of the role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
PAY RANGE: $68,640 - $77,250/yr. DOE.
