The Construction Project Coordinator contributes to Kura success by managing in planning, construction management and financial oversight in new store or renovation construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in delivering the Kura experience in our stores. Be responsible for the construction process so that projects are completed on time and under budget.
This role is a hybrid/remote role. The selected candidate must be able to meet in person as needed to carry out necessary functions of the role. Candidate must reside in North Carolina; near or around the Charlotte area.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Support Construction Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
•
Assist Construction Project Manager with project schedules, budget tracking, and forecasts; identify and escalate risks and potential delays.
•
Manage project documentation and workflows including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, change orders, and correspondence.
•
Support communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of work and materials.
•
Assist with contract administration, review scopes of work, and prepare/track change order documentation.
•
Prepare project reports and communicate status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior project staff.
•
Support procurement and bid activities, including gathering pricing, reviewing proposals, and assisting with vendor selection.
•
Manages close out process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork to landlord to retrieve T.I. allowances.
• Manage Subcontractor Monthly Invoicing
• Prepare Pay Applications for submission and Purchase Orders (as needed)
