About the role: 

The role of Junior Chef de Rang will be to deliver food and drinks while assisting the team in our Kyubi, Japanese Restaurant. 

In a nutshell: 

• To deliver food dishes to our Members following the department SOP’s
• To have a good level of knowledge of the menus and understanding of terminology used
• Assist running a station during the lunch and dinner operations of the restaurant
• To ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the Club
• To ensure that all crockery, cutlery, trays and any other objects needed for service are prepared and available
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
