Job description
La Pecora Bianca is looking for a wine captain/sommelier for 5 dinner shifts a week. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in beverage. Our wine list (over 125) is all Italian so specialization in Italian wine is key. Salary will be commensurate with experience and can be negotiated especially if combined with floor managing duties.
