We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager to celebrate the flavours, fun and atmosphere of Spain with us. We put you in the driving seat so you can develop and progress into the manager you want to be. Injecting fun and energy into every working day, a Deputy Manager at La Vina is generous, vigilant and as obsessed with hospitality as we are.

As a Deputy Manager you will:
• Oversee operation, ensuring each department has everything they need to give the guests' great hospitality
• Be on the floor during service, anticipating pressure points before they arise and jumping in to help your team where needed
• You will be ready for a challenge, when managing your shift you will need to multitask, prioritise and support your team
• You will need to meet various business processes, standards and controls to ensure we are consistent as a brand
• Constantly strive to be the best and have a real handle on where improvements can be made
