We’re on the lookout for a Assistant Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for food and wine, and is committed to delivering excellence in every detail.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments. You will manage daily operations, report to the Restaurant Manager, and provide coaching and direction to the front-of-house team.

This is an ideal role for an  Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step in their career and be part of a dynamic, guest-focused team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality and a positive guest experience
  • Train the team on service principles and guest engagement
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to improve service and operations
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide guests through food and drink offerings
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth FOH and BOH coordination
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Charismatic and energetic personality
  • WSET qualification in wine is desirable
  • A passion for food, wine, and hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
