Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. Labombe by Trivet is more than just a culinary experience; it’s a celebration of expertly curated wine and thoughtfully crafted food. We’re on the lookout for a Sommelier who is not only technically skilled but also charismatic and guest-focused. You will be instrumental in training the team, curating the wine list, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and enriching experience.
As Sommelier, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding wine experience to our guests. You will bring a deep understanding of wines from both renowned and lesser-explored regions, and a commitment to enhancing the guest journey through expert pairings and personalised service
