This autumn will mark the launch of Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair. 

Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. Labombe by Trivet is more than just a culinary experience; it’s a celebration of expertly curated wine and thoughtfully crafted food. Rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and a commitment to quality, Labombe by Trivet merges creativity with tradition to create moments of excitement and connection.

We’re on the lookout for a Commis Waiter who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering high standards of service.

As a Commis Waiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the restaurant. You will assist in delivering a seamless dining experience, ensuring swift service, and helping your team create a welcoming and polished environment for every guest.
