Labombe by Trivet is the exciting partnership between the team behind the two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, located on Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair.

A wine-forward restaurant, Labombe by Trivet is an evolution of the original bar concept created by Michelin-Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. More than just a restaurant, Labombe celebrates expertly curated wines and thoughtfully crafted dishes, bringing together authenticity, curiosity, and exceptional quality to create memorable dining experiences.

As we continue to build on our success, we're looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our passionate front-of-house team.

The Role

As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while leading by example on the restaurant floor. You will oversee your section, ensure every guest receives a warm and memorable dining experience, and support the Restaurant Management team in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Working closely with the kitchen and sommelier team, you will help create a seamless service that reflects the excellence of Labombe by Trivet.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Chef de Rang, or in a similar supervisory role within a high-quality restaurant
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A charismatic, confident, and professional approach
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support junior team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
  • A passion for food, wine, and luxury hospitality
