Primary Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales - 

• A desire to achieve & exceed individual sales goals
• Passion to connect to customers & drive sales
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
• Embrace a culture that puts the customer experience first

Operations - 

• Develop a full understanding of our computer system
• Protect store assets & inventory through awareness of loss prevention
• Assist with various duties: cleaning, shipment, stocking, etc.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication & technical skills
• Outgoing & fun personality
• Work collaboratively with other Lacoste team members to achieve our common goals
• Sales experience in retail apparel
• Cashier & money handling experience
• 1 year of Supervisor experience
