Are you a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional looking for a challenging leadership opportunity? We are currently seeking a Head of Care to join our team and oversee all aspects of resident's Wellbeing in our home. If you have experience in clinical policies and procedures, liaising with external agencies, and providing clinical supervision and training, we want to hear from you!     Location: Lambwood Heights, 244 Lambourne Rd, Chigwell IG7 6HX

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    Pay: £40,000 per annum

    Contract: Full-time, Permanent

    Shift: Days 

     

    What you will be doing:

    • Work with our Managers providing the highest standards of service.
    • Maintaining all records (including care plans, medication documentation).
    • Lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home.
    • To ensure relevant legislation and regulation is adhered to at all times.
    • To support the Registered Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant.
    • To be fully involved in recruitment and retention.


    What you need:

    • Health & Social Care Diploma Level 3
    • Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
    • A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
    • Excellent communication skills.
