We are currently looking for a passionate Events Services Manager, to join our Events department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Events Services Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·       Takes a hands-on approach to the daily operation events and ensures a high level of supervision & visibility is maintained at all times.

·       Handle guest complaints promptly, efficiently and diplomatically, and bringing all complaints to the attention of the necessary Event Manager and / Event Operations Manager.

·         Ensure you use Knowcross to report any defaults – follow-up with the relevant department.

·         Ensures that the Personal Training Records (PTR’s), Personal development plan( PDP’s), SOP are kept up to date for both new and existing members of the team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
