As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who thrives on the diversity that this role bring; you will support the agents dealing with individual bookings and assisting with the Group bookings; whilst supporting the team and the our Reservations Manager.
You will have previous experience with both groups and individual bookings and a solid working background of using Opera. Being friendly, methodical and efficient is key to your success.
You understand that our guests are our business and we will always care and know that your role is not always 9-5!
We’re more concerned with what’s in the glass not whether it’s half full or empty so come and pour some happiness into yours by joining our team within Reservations!
