We are currently looking for a passionate Back of House Manager, to join our Stewarding on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Back of House Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
· To oversee and take responsibility for the entire Stewarding daily operations, keeping the Executive Chef updated of all changes implemented.
· Ensure your team members are fully trained to be able to complete their duties on a daily basis and to conduct/ organise any training required with relevant documentation to support.
· To complete a weekly rota ensuring it reflects business needs and is in the line with ‘working time directive’
· Complete Health & Safety monthly checks to ensure our H&S folder is fully up to date for stewarding.
· Conduct and oversee 4/8/12 week reviews, within deadline for all stewards.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
