We are currently looking for a passionate Senior Events Services Manager, to join our Banqueting and Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Senior Events Services Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         To support, guide and develop the Event Service Managers, Junior Events Manager, Team Leaders and front-line colleagues with the operational demands of the business and service standards.

·         To ensure that everything is followed as per the BEO while running events such as set-up, drinks requirements, food service, timings and any other information for a smooth running of functions.

·         To support the Bar supervisor with the operational demands leading up to and during events.

·         To maintain a close working relationship with other relevant departments: kitchens, back of house, food and beverage to maximise its efficiency

·         To review with the senior management opportunities for improvement on services and products offered within the department. 

 

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
