We are currently looking for a passionate Guest Relations Manager, to join our Front Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Guest Relations Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Monitor arrival list daily to ensure correct room allocation and preferences. Ensure VIPs receive a personalised welcome and ensure that guests are met during their stay to create a memorable experience.

·         Be responsible for replying to surveys and guest’s emails ensuring follow ups and complaints are handled in an efficient manner and within 48 hours of reception. Ensure that all relevant details are recorded in the GRM Logbook and on the guest’s profile notes.

·         Assist the Front Office team with check ins and check outs when business demands and be present at the desk to ensure face to face guest’s recognition and personalized welcome.

·         Ensure all relevant guest’s traces are arranged and further details from the guests are gathered for a more tailored service.

·         Promote the Leaders Club Member and AMEX THC program with the Front Office Manager and ensure full knowledge and adherence to standards.

·         To work in accordance with the Front Office Department and to act to ensure that all The Landmark London policies and procedures are followed.

You will be required to work 38.5 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off shift rota.
