We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager to help run The Langford, a Butcombe Boutique Inn.

The Langford is one of the shining stars in our Butcombe Boutique Inns collection – a premium pub with exceptional dining and 10 luxury boutique bedrooms. Nestled on the edge of the Mendip Hills in the picturesque village of Langford, it’s the perfect place to grow your career in hospitality.

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead and inspire the team, making sure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. You’ll have an eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering high standards in a fast-paced, premium environment.
