We are looking for a chef to join our lovely team. We reopened The Larkshall almost 5 years ago and have built up a reputation of serving fresh seasonal food. In our gastropub every dish matters and we take great pride in the food we serve. Whether it is our home-made pies or sausages, we aim to make it special. We  are also famous for our roasts, and already fully booked for Christmas. 

Requirements:

1. Love of food and cooking  
2. Tech savvy for doing the online food checks
3. Experience is desirable
4. good level of english

What we look for in a Commis Chef:

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
