Bartender

Newly opening Mexican inspired bar & eatery is currently looking for dynamic bartenders. We are looking for a bartender with the mindset of a mixologist. The successful candidate should posses a thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and classic cocktails. Knowledge and love of tequila's and mezcal's is a huge plus. Candidate should be gracious, friendly and able to multitask while focusing on exceeding guest expectations. Must have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the bar
Full bar service including wine and beer
Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers' identification and confirm they're of legal drinking age
Maintain bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

4+ yrs experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
