Description
THE LIMELIGHT is one of Northern Ireland's leading live music venues. We are thrilled to present an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Bar Manager at our venue in Belfast city centre. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some of the country's leading festivals such as Belsonic, Emerge and Custom House Square.

DUTIES:
- To assist senior management with day-to day running of the venue
- Maintain service of the highest standard. Uphold standards 
of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout the premises at all times.
- Ensuring company policies relating to cash handling, stock control and stock ordering are implemented weekly.
- Managing and recruiting a staff body to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
- Training, motivating and leading bar and floor staff to deliver outstanding customer service requirements.
- Maintaining strong communication and relationships with other departments including PR, Production and Security to ensure an effective operation.
·Ensuring Health and Safety is maintained in compliance with licensing, fire, hygiene and security legislation.

Criteria:
Minimum of two years supervisory / management experience in a similar environment.

Salary £30,000pa
