We’re opening Le Café NAC, an exciting new all-day dining concept in the heart of Belgravia, and we’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the way.

Le Café NAC is a vibrant and welcoming space offering French-inspired food and drinks with global influences. Whether guests are stopping by for a morning coffee, a leisurely brunch, or an evening meal, our focus is on delivering top-quality food, service, and atmosphere.

This new opening is part of BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, 74 Duke, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.


POSITION SUMMARY

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. Your leadership will shape the guest experience, team culture, and operational success of Le Café NAC.

This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and a positive working environment. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the wider management team to establish Le Café NAC as a premier dining destination in Belgravia.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
  • Inspire, train, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and team development to build a strong and engaged workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Hospitality Leadership: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within a high-volume hospitality setting.
  • Guest Experience Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, cost control, and revenue management skills.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience in restaurant operations, compliance, and team development.
  • Vision & Creativity: Ability to bring fresh ideas and shape the identity of a new venue.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: A motivational leader who fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Right to Work in the UK is essential for this role.
