We’re opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.

POSITION SUMMARY
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and a motivated team. This hands-on role combines operational oversight, team development, and strategic leadership to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver consistency, improve systems, and build a thriving restaurant culture.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to company standards

  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through quality control of food, drinks, presentation, and service

  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, waste, breakages, and stock control

  • Accurately record and review sales data, timesheets, and daily performance figures

  • Support HR functions, including recruitment requests, team development, monthly staff progress reviews, and performance appraisals

  • Promote internal communication between FOH and BOH teams, ensuring transparency and efficiency

  • Drive team engagement through daily briefs, incentive programs, and continuous training

  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, licensing, food safety, fire safety, and health & safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular checks

  • Maintain operational excellence by managing maintenance schedules and reporting or resolving property issues promptly

  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify and action any operational, safety, or cleanliness concerns

  • Ensure all staff adhere to grooming, uniform, and conduct standards as outlined in company policy

  • Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring full readiness for service and strong team coordination

  • Contribute to menu development and planning for seasonal or high-volume periods

  • Collaborate with senior management on weekly HOD meetings and share feedback from staff


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial oversight and labour management.

  • High attention to detail in quality control, service standards, and team presentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team.

  • Organised and proactive with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and cultivating a supportive team environment.

  • A solid understanding of health & safety regulations and operational compliance.
