ABOUT US
We’re opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an outstanding Receptionist to join our leadership team. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reception & Seating

  • Greet guests warmly, confidently, and elegantly, ensuring an exceptional first impression.

  • Escort guests to their assigned tables, managing coats, bags, and special seating requests.

  • Provide accurate wait times and manage physical queues when required.

  • Ensure smooth table turnover, preparing tables for the next guests efficiently.

  • Maintain close communication with the Maître D’ and Floor Managers regarding guest flow.

Reservation & Booking Management

  • Manage online and phone reservations, responding to special requests professionally.

  • Utilise booking systems effectively to optimise seating and service flow.

  • Record and communicate guest preferences to enhance personalised service.

  • Ensure guest dietary requirements and special requests are accurately conveyed to the kitchen and service team.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

  • Provide a polished and professional service, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently, both in person, email, messaging and over the phone.

  • Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly to management.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, specials, and allergens to assist guests accurately.

  • Seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations through thoughtful and proactive service.

Communication & Team Support

  • Act as the bridge between guests, FOH, and BOH teams to ensure smooth service coordination.

  • Relay important guest information to managers, waiters, and bar staff.

  • Assist FOH with light service duties, such as replenishing water or clearing tables when required.

  • Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings to stay informed about service priorities.

Personal Grooming & Presentation

  • Maintain an immaculate and professional appearance at all times.

  • Follow company uniform and grooming standards to represent the brand appropriately.

  • Display confident body language and a warm, engaging tone in guest interactions.

Training & Development

  • Attend training sessions to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and hospitality standards.

  • Develop expertise in reservation management and guest relations best practices.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and high-end hospitality expectations.




KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality setting is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.

  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) and EPOS systems.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic) are a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak service times.
