This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. POSITION SUMMARY
As a Bartender at Le Café NAC, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages that reflect our brand’s French-inspired yet globally influenced concept. You’ll combine precision with creativity, delivering a memorable guest experience whether at the bar or in the dining room. This role is perfect for someone with strong mixology skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced yet premium setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drink Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve consistently high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages.

• Confidently recommend drinks and pairings to guests, reflecting knowledge of our menu.

• Maintain accuracy, speed, and elegance in all service, whether at the bar or supporting floor staff.

Station Management & Cleanliness

• Keep the bar organised, clean, and fully stocked at all times.

• Follow daily cleaning and closing routines to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

• Monitor stock usage, control wastage, and communicate replenishment needs to management.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Support floor staff during busy trading periods, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Communicate clearly with colleagues and managers to maintain workflow and consistency.

Brand Representation & Guest Experience

• Deliver a warm, stylish, and brand-aligned guest experience at all times.

• Showcase creativity through cocktail presentation and menu innovation.

• Uphold the ambiance and standards of Le Café NAC in every interaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a quality-focused hospitality venue.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.

• Ability to balance creativity with consistency in drink preparation.

• Friendly, presentable, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

• A team player who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
