As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join Le Café NAC.

POSITION SUMMARY
As Assistant General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader in the daily running of the restaurant, supporting the GM across all departments. You’ll help manage a high-performing team, uphold service standards, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused operation - morning to night.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with a proven background in premium or high-volume hospitality, looking to build a rewarding career with BVC Hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the General Manager in all areas of day-to-day operations
• Maintain and enhance service excellence, product quality, and overall guest experience
• Lead and motivate FOH teams, ensuring training, development, and accountability
• Actively engage with guests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee rotas, shift planning, and team deployment to ensure optimal coverage
• Help manage supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen and BOH teams for smooth operational flow
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and events

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in similar role within a high-volume restaurant
• Guest-first mindset with a deep understanding of hospitality excellence
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with a natural ability to inspire teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with high standards for service, presentation, and team performance
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
