Le Deli Robuchon is a casual yet sophisticated all day dining deli, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and aperitifs to eat in or take home. It also offers a carefully selected range of premium wines, teas, cheeses and charcuterie, as well as our own La Boutique Robuchon range of retail products.

As a Prep Chef you will play an integral part in the deli’s operation. 

You will work 5 days per week, but no night work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station
• Following directions provided by the Head Chef
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality food and service
• Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
• Ensure any maintenance issues are reported to the Head Chef in a timely manner
