About You:
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Banqueting Manager who brings:
✔ A proactive attitude and the initiative to make each event run seamlessly
✔ Experience in catering, hospitality, or events (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ A keen eye for perfect table design and an understanding of exceptional food and beverage service
✔ Strong team leadership skills to motivate and manage our waiting staff
✔ The ability to remain calm under pressure and ensure smooth service delivery
Your Role:
As Banqueting Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of every wedding breakfast and banquet. You’ll lead our front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service, impeccable presentation, and an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Managing the waiting staff, allowing the Personal Wedding Manager to focus on the overall event
✨ Overseeing food and canapé service, ensuring efficiency and precision
✨ Ensuring the waiting team have an excellent knowledge of the menu and drinks being served
✨ Handling rota planning and managing front-of-house staffing issues
✨ Participating in venue setup, preparation, and post-event clean-down
✨ Conducting monthly stock takes, ensuring accuracy and reporting to the Venue Manager
✨ Taking part in monthly deep cleans to maintain the highest standards

Your Work Schedule:
✔ Pre-planned wedding schedules set approximately three months in advance
