We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Gardener to join our team at Leez Priory, a stunning Tudor manor set within beautiful Essex countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in outdoor spaces and wants to play a key role in ensuring our grounds look exceptional for every wedding and event.

Maintaining the gardens and grounds to an exceptional standard year-round, lawn care, planting, pruning, and creating seasonal displays, ensuring all outdoor areas are immaculate and presentation-ready for weddings, general upkeep of pathways, water features, and outdoor areas, supporting grounds improvement projects and working closely with the wider venue team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Previous gardening or groundskeeping experience (preferred), a keen eye for detail and high standards, a proactive, reliable and hands-on approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team, physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather, and flexibility to support during busy periods.
