As Head Chef, you’ll combine creativity, leadership, and precision to bring Jamie’s food philosophy to life. You’ll oversee a large kitchen team, deliver exceptional food standards, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked with care, passion, and pride.

About the Role

• Lead, motivate, and develop your brigade in a fast-paced, multi-floor kitchen.
• Maintain the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
• Manage kitchen costs, stock, and waste to achieve financial targets.
• Work closely with the General Manager to deliver flawless service and guest satisfaction.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
• A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and inspires others.
• Passionate about fresh ingredients, authentic cooking, and Italian flavours.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and standards.
