You’ll manage arrivals, bookings, and guest flow while making everyone feel relaxed, valued, and looked after.

·       Handle bookings, waitlists, and table flow

·       Communicate clearly with the floor team

·       Answer guest questions with confidence and care

·       Maintain a calm, organised reception area

·       Support a smooth, welcoming guest journey

·       Confident communicating with guests and teammates

·       Organised and comfortable multitasking

·       Passionate about hospitality and people

·       Experience helpful but not essential, attitude matters most
