Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Arts Club is one of London’s oldest private members’ clubs and home to a community of members with a passion for the creative arts, literature, and business. From distinguished art exhibitions to fine dining, live music, and an exceptional programme of events for members, the club remains at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London. 

We are currently looking for top talent to come and join our Lounge & Bar team and share this unique and luxury setting in Mayfair.

About the role

  • welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
  • provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
  • be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu
  • support the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests
  • be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of our guests and bar team
  • be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
  • ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
  • demonstrate your passion and delight our guests
  • be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
About you:

  • Prior experience working in luxury hotels, restaurants, or member clubs  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
  • Proficient in English language
