Are you someone who lights up when turning numbers into stories that help teams make smarter decisions? If you’re excited by the idea of being the go-to data person who connects the dots between Marketing and IT, then this could be the role for you.

We’re building something exciting here. Our Growth team is all about creating exceptional customer experiences through loyalty, data and creative thinking. As part of the IT team, our Customer Insights & Data Analyst, you’ll help us better understand our customers and support loyalty programs that really deliver, for the business and the people we serve.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making sense of customer data to uncover trends, behaviours and opportunities
  • Helping us track how our loyalty programs are performing – with simple, clear dashboards and reports
  • Working closely with CRM Marketing, IT and other teams to share insights and suggest smart actions
  • Turning data into stories – giving us the ‘why’ behind the numbers
  • Supporting customer segmentation and campaign targeting with thoughtful, data-backed advice
  • Keeping an eye on what’s happening in the market and what others are doing with loyalty

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone comfortable with data, Excel-savvy, and able to spot patterns in the numbers
  • A natural communicator who can explain data insights clearly – no jargon needed
  • A logical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and gets excited by customer behaviour
  • At least a year of experience working with data - potentially in marketing, IT, loyalty or similar
  • A collaborative approach – you’ll be that brilliant bridge between creative and technical teams

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • Experience in hospitality, retail or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau or other BI platforms
  • A general understanding of CRM platforms or digital marketing
