As a key player in our marketing team, you’ll need to prioritise effectively, deliver high-quality work at speed, and collaborate seamlessly with others. Regular travel to our Brewery near Bristol will be essential, so flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are a must.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimise the customer lifecycle by enhancing communications to new loyalty members, encouraging repeat visits and increasing their overall value.
  • Develop creative, impactful email campaigns to convert non-loyalty members into loyal customers.
  • Build and execute testing matrices to re-engage lapsed and dormant members through offers and tailored email content.
  • Use our loyalty program to craft campaigns that highlight our drinks, from house beers to cocktails and hot beverages, boosting sales and brand appeal.
  • Ensure consistent messaging to drive sales and bookings for our morning and brunch offerings.
  • Partner with the CRM Marketing Manager to design email activity that drives bookings for our boutique rooms, including seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging, regular communications about new products, offers, and exciting news.
  • Leverage existing and prospect data to drive email signups for our business loyalty program and maximise database opt-ins.
  • Create detailed reports to track email performance, showcasing the true impact and ROI of our campaigns.
  • Work with the CRM Marketing Manager to enrich the database with new insights and added value.
