We are very proud of our Channel Islands heritage. The Liberation Brewery has been supplying the Channel Islands with its award-winning beers for nearly 150 years. Our Head Brewer Pat takes the greatest pride in crafting our unique and distinctive beers, using the finest local ingredients with every action from the heart.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping out with every stage of the brewing process including handling the raw materials, preparation, control, processing, and filtering.
• Recording the brewing process to ensure the safe transfer of beer, all according to standard operating procedures.
• Packaging beer into casks, kegs, tankers and take-home packs.
• Assisting with cleaning of all brewing plant and equipment.
• Completing quality checks and maintaining accurate written brewing records.
• Participating in activities like beer tasting sessions and promotional events.
• Getting stuck in and helping out wherever its needed.

What are the details?

• We’re offering a salary of £27,000 per year for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Full time, part time, flexible and variable hours available – long term and as a fixed contract
