We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused individual to join our team at Liberation Wholesale as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a great opportunity to be part of an award-winning business that’s passionate about drinks, service, and delivering for our customers.
In this role, you’ll support our Customer Service team with day-to-day operations and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly across the office.
What you’ll be doing:Taking and processing customer orders by phone, email and voicemail
Helping customers and account managers with product or delivery queries
Logging credits and sending invoices
Updating order sheets and keeping customer info accurate
Chatting with the warehouse team to sort delivery or stock issues
Sending out order updates and helping with general admin
Supporting with stock checks and events from time to time
What we’re looking for:
Great communication skills – both over the phone and in writing
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
A professional telephone manner and a strong customer service mindset
Someone who’s organised, a team player, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Able to negotiate and resolve issues calmly and clearly
