We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused individual to join our team at Liberation Wholesale as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a great opportunity to be part of an award-winning business that’s passionate about drinks, service, and delivering for our customers.

In this role, you’ll support our Customer Service team with day-to-day operations and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly across the office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking and processing customer orders by phone, email and voicemail

  • Helping customers and account managers with product or delivery queries

  • Logging credits and sending invoices

  • Updating order sheets and keeping customer info accurate

  • Chatting with the warehouse team to sort delivery or stock issues

  • Sending out order updates and helping with general admin

  • Supporting with stock checks and events from time to time

What we’re looking for:

  • Great communication skills – both over the phone and in writing

  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • A professional telephone manner and a strong customer service mindset

  • Someone who’s organised, a team player, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

  • Able to negotiate and resolve issues calmly and clearly
