We are on the hunt for someone who is pure hospitality, but also values work life balance. Over the years the team has been built around sharing the big days with the best time off, so we all can enjoy our work and still have time for friends and family. It is a formula that works.

Now we are looking for someone to help support the management team and help us continue to grow the business. A flexible working week with 20-25 hours spread across Monday to Sunday. Supporting the team with opening and aiding service. We will show you the ropes and we look after the people to the best of our abilities. The business is good and the team is just fantastic.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
