Lil’ Gem is a highly anticipated 40 seat high end Lebanese restaurant opening in the LES. Chef Melissa O’Donnell mined the flavors of her childhood to bring a fresh take on Lebanese cuisine. The ideal Lil’ Gem bartender will have a passion for not only cocktails, beer and wine but place a high premium on their knowledge of food and five-star service.
We are seeking to create a tight knit-team of 6 CRAFT COCKTAIL TRAINED BARTENDERS who will staff the bar and dining room interchangeably and who take hospitality seriously.
