Job Role: Karting Supervisor

Fun is our key word, where our sites across the UK offer up to 30 activities from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to augmented reality bowling. We are now at the exciting stage of opening our new location at Liverpool 1, and we are currently looking for a Karting supervisor to join our fun team.

What you’ll be doing

You will be a pivotal member of the Liverpool 1 team, helping our customers safely enjoy our e--Karting, on one of our largest indoor karting tracks which uses the latest technology to enhance our customers’ experience. Under the direction of the Karting Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for the safety of everyone, both customers and staff members, within the track environment. You will assist the Karting Manager in rostering staff, auditing supplies. You will be a safety and customer services champion, leading the team by example and maintaining our high standards.

You will have a background in Leisure, with experience in team supervision. Ideally you will have worked within a Karting background previously.

Your typical day as a Karting Supervisor

• Performing full site karting operational audit and safety checks
• Supporting the wider management team in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly by managing a team of marshals and ensuring health and safety briefs & checks are being adhered to
• Training new and existing members of staff as required
• Maintaining the karting activity on the site and reporting any faults to a senior member of the management team 
• Acting as manager on duty as required by the business.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties.
• Effectively communicating to other members of staff what is expected of them in each station within the site.
• Delegating tasks to other members of staff to ensure the park is always clean and to ensure that all tasks are completed for each shift. 
• We operate 7 days per week from Morning to late evenings, and we do require flexibility in your working patterns the availability to work weekends.
