The restaurant supervisor assists the restaurant manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Successful candidates will be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused. He or she will keep smiling even on the busiest of days, so that guests only ever experience first-class, flawless service.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Help ensure the continued smooth running of the restaurant
  • Deputise for the restaurant manager, when required
  • Work with the head chef and restaurant manager to improve all aspects of our food service
  • Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
  • Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
  • Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
