About us
Here at Watergate Bay Hotel, we believe happiness is simply made and we do everything we can to make sure our team, guests and planet stay happy through the moments we create and the impact we have. Our three core values – We Care, We Notice, We Change – underpin our drive to create a culture people want to be a part of. We’re working towards B Corp certification and building an employer brand that’s the envy of the hospitality industry. Our hotel isn’t like other hotels. We’re very proud of that.
Dedicated, loyal guests who love what we do. A committed team with a shared outlook. An attention to detail that pushes us to excel. They’re all part of what defines us. And we need people like you to make them happen.
Your role:
Know how to inspire and get the best out of your team? Are you as confident
managing financial performance and reducing wastage, as you are talking through
menus or answering guests’ questions? Do you bring a positive energy, can-do
attitude and hands-on approach?

million annual turnover. You’ll bring plenty of industry experience and strong
leadership skills to the role, with a warm personality that fits right into our
