Description

As a Busser or Backwaiter at Living Ventures, you play an essential role in helping to ensure that all of our guests receive an exceptional standard of service.

DUTIES

Ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly and efficient service.
Ensuring all guests receive a warm greeting and farewell. Ensuring that all guests receive a high quality product and that all products are made to the correct specification. Maintaining a high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant and the venue as whole.

Assisting the management in the maintenance of the building by reporting any problems (such as broken equipment, damaged furniture etc.)
Performing all opening, closing and running duties as dictated by Logit, your shift leader and the manager on duty. Following the service criteria at all times.

Understanding and implement the company ethos.
Being courterous and understanding with fellow colleagues and guests alike.
Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift 


Your role will require you to be able to::
Perform duties which will require you to stand for extended periods of time. You may also be required to bend, kneel or reach.
Lift items of a moderate weight, e.g. bus tubs, rubbish bins, chairs etc.
Display a sense of urgence, regardless of the task or level of business.
Pro-actively ensire tasks are being completed throghout service - re-stocking glassware, cutlery, napkins and server stations.
