You will be responsible for:
· Greeting guests
· Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
· Seating guests at tables
· Assigning guests to tables they request, while keeping table rotation in mind
· Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
· Being the communication between front of house and back of house
· Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering queries
· Updating booking details
· Diverting queries to the correct departments / Managers
· Good knowledge of the menu
· Providing great customer service with a smile
