We host everything from lingering Sunday lunches and walkers dropping in, to private feasts and busy festive period. Little moments make the large impact here.

  • Guide guests through menus and specials; confidently answer questions on allergens and dietaries.

  • Take orders accurately and pace courses smoothly with the pass.

  • Deliver dishes and drinks with flair check back and resolve issues on the spot.

  • Maintain immaculate sections: table standards, condiments, cutlery, glassware, and cleanliness.

  • Run an efficient pass/host relationship at peak times; communicate clearly on timings

  • Support bar and floor colleagues with tray service, coffee station and glass runs.

  • Process payments, split bills and close off tables accurately.

  • Follow all H&S and food safety procedures and cash/stock controls.

  • Strong product knowledge or appetite to learn (seasonal dishes, wine, beer & cocktails).
