• Welcome guests and take orders with confidence and warmth

• Pour perfect pints including cask and present keg to brand standard

• Build classic and house cocktails to spec and recommend wines by the glass

• Make quality coffees and teas for guests and residents

• Set up and close down the bar and complete checklists

• Support cellar tasks including deliveries, rotation, and line cleaning

• Use EPOS accurately and record waste and breakages

• Communicate with floor and kitchen so tables are never waiting

• Pub or hotel bar experience and comfort with cask, cocktails, and wine

• Calm under pressure and clear communication

• Accuracy on tills and payments

• Evening and weekend availability including Sundays and key dates

• Cellar experience and basic barista skills

• Interest in English wine and local producers

• Staff food on shift and team discount across the group
  

• Training in cellar craft, cocktails, wine, and coffee with real progression
