The roleDeliver warm, efficient table service with great product knowledge and clean, professional standards.
ResponsibilitiesGreet, seat, and manage tables; follow our sequence of service
Take orders accurately (allergens checked), input to EPOS, run food & drinks
Recommend dishes, sides, desserts, and drinks
Carry 3 plates/tray service confidently; clear and reset swiftly
Handle payments and resolve issues with care, escalating when needed
Set up/close down sections; complete cleaning and opening/closing checklists
Support breakfast for residents when required and service in the garden during fine weather
Solid restaurant/pub floor experience and calm under pressure
Sharp communication, guest focus, and attention to detail
Confident EPOS use; allergen awareness and Challenge 25 where applicable
Availability for evenings, weekends, and Sundays
Wine knowledge, barista basics
Staff food on shift; group-wide discount
Training (wine, coffee, service standards) and clear progression routes
