Deliver warm, efficient table service with great product knowledge and clean, professional standards.

• Greet, seat, and manage tables; follow our sequence of service

• Take orders accurately (allergens checked), input to EPOS, run food & drinks

• Recommend dishes, sides, desserts, and drinks

• Carry 3 plates/tray service confidently; clear and reset swiftly

• Handle payments and resolve issues with care, escalating when needed
  

• Set up/close down sections; complete cleaning and opening/closing checklists

• Support breakfast for residents when required and service in the garden during fine weather

• Solid restaurant/pub floor experience and calm under pressure

• Sharp communication, guest focus, and attention to detail

• Confident EPOS use; allergen awareness and Challenge 25 where applicable

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and Sundays

• Wine knowledge, barista basics

• Staff food on shift; group-wide discount
