Holiday Home Sales Manager
Overview
This isn’t your typical holiday home sales role.
At Unity Holidays, we’re building something different - a sales culture that is high performing, people-first and built on doing things the right way. We believe incredible results come from trust, coaching, energy and genuine relationships, not pressure tactics.
We’re looking for a driven and inspiring Holiday Home Sales Manager to lead an established team, elevate performance and create an environment where people genuinely love what they do.
You’ll join a business investing heavily in its people, with world-class training, modern leadership approaches and a vision for growth that puts both customers and teams at the centre.
If you’re commercially focused, values-led and passionate about developing others, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Exceptional customer experiences start with exceptional people. That’s why we invest in our teams, set high standards and create an environment where collaboration, accountability and development go hand in hand.
If you’re ready to lead a high-performing team while helping shape the future of holiday home ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
