About You

We are looking for an organised and detail-driven individual who thrives in a busy, sales-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Holiday Home Sales Team, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Confident working with systems, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

You’ll bring a proactive approach, take ownership of your workload, and consistently deliver high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Holiday Home Sales function by delivering efficient and accurate administration, including:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales administration records across all relevant systems
  • Processing all holiday home sales documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete, compliant and submitted in a timely manner
  • Administering part exchange (PX) transactions, ensuring all records, valuations and documentation are accurately recorded
  • Updating CRM systems with customer information, sales progress and key milestones
  • Supporting the Sales Team to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey
  • Liaising with internal departments including Finance and Operations to progress sales efficiently
  • Responding to customer and owner queries relating to sales administration in a professional and timely manner
  • Producing reports and supporting sales audits where required
  • Supporting general office administration within the sales department
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation, documentation and stock control within the sales office

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Experience using CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office Suite

It would be the icing on the cake if you have experience working in a similar role within a holiday park or holiday home sales environment, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we can offer training if you have the right skills and attitude.

Hours of Work

This role requires flexibility to support the needs of the business, including availability to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
