Essential Requirements:

·         Ability to communicate with a diverse customer and colleague base.

·         Ability to keep calm under pressure and respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.

·         A team player who demonstrates kindness.

·         National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise the pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety at all times.

·         Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.

·         Carry out regular pool checks and maintain safety equipment.

·         Ensure the pool area is clean, inviting and well-maintained.

·         Enforce rules and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.

·         Be part of a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Hours of Work:

Whilst we do have several contract types available our Leisure operations are busiest at the weekends, so we’ll need you to be flexible and be available for work on Saturdays & Sundays.
